My Vodafone App Terms

  1. The My Vodafone Cook Islands App (“App”) is available free of charge to Vodafone Cook Islands’ prepay and postpay customers to use. It is available for use on Android (ver 7.0+) or Apple (iOS ver 13.0+) devices.

  2. Vodafone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App to manage your mobile services. This licence ends when your account with us is terminated.

  3. You do not have any rights in the App. You acknowledge that all intellectual property in the App is owned by Vodafone Cook Islands or other Vodafone Group entities.

  4. You agree not to resell, distribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, attempt to extract the source code of the My Vodafone Cook Islands App or otherwise deal with the application contrary to its intended purpose.

  5. We do not guarantee the availability of the App 24/7. It is provided to you ‘as is’ and without support or maintenance. However, we may carry out repairs or maintenance at our discretion and at any time either with or without notice to you.

  6. You agree to follow any reasonable instructions we may give you regarding the use of the App, including to enable Cookies or for downloading any updates to the application.

  7. We may advertise our products and services to you using the App.
