Vodafone ‘TXT to Support’ is a nationwide fundraiser to raise money for the 14 Cook Islands teams competing at Te Maeva Nui 2025 this July. Vodafone customers can text the word “Support” to 942. Each text costs $2 and every text counts as one entry into the draw to win the Ultimate Connected Living and Lifestyle Pack valued at over NZD $10,000. 

Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is limited to Cook Islands Residents and Vodafone Customers only. 

2. Eligible customers are, Vodafone prepay casual and prepay plan mobile customers and Vodafone postpay plan mobile customers. 

3. If the mobile phone or contract used to enter the competition is registered or paid for by a business or employer, the business or employer will be deemed the winner of the prize, not the individual user of the phone. 

4. Promotion is not available to Travel SIM customers.

5. Eligible customers must send in a keyword:  SUPPORT to 942 to go into the draw to win.

6. Each Keyword TXT entry costs NZD$2.00.

7. There is no limit to the number of entries per customer.

8. Entries close at 11:59 PM on 21 July 2025, or earlier if the maximum number of entries permitted under the Police Raffle Permit is reached.

9. Winners will be drawn at random via Randomizer under Police Supervision.

10. The competition is not open to Vodafone Cook Islands staff or their immediate families, or anyone else helping with the competition.

11. The prize is to be collected from the Vodafone Cook Islands Main Office in Parekura, Avarua, Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

12. The collection of the prize is subject to the Winner signing a release form in favour of Vodafone Cook Islands.

13. If the winner is a minor the release form must be signed by a parent or guardian.

14. The winner must bring current proof of identity i.e - driver’s license, in order to redeem the prize.

15. If the winner is based in the Outer Islands, the cost of freight will be at the winner's cost.

16. The prize can’t be transferred or exchanged.

17. The prize can’t be redeemed for cash.

18. We aren’t responsible for lost or destroyed entries or prizes.

19. We aren’t responsible for any extra costs of the prize including insurance. 

20. The winner agrees to be photographed and/or interviewed for promotions on Vodafone channels and media.

21. The winner lets us use their name, city/town, competition entry and/or photos and interviews for our use. This is without compensation.

22. We hold any personal information from this competition under our privacy policy. You may access, update and correct it.

23. Permit for Text to Win has been approved in accordance with Police approval under the Gaming Licence Act.

24. Full privacy conditions apply.

25. Vodafone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
