Parcel Collection Notifications
We’ve updated our parcel notification process to align with international standards. You can now track your parcels anytime using our online tracker above, which provides real-time updates on arrival in Rarotonga, movement through customs clearance, and confirmation when your parcel is ready for pick-up.
Please note: We will no longer send text messages when parcels are ready for collection.

Public Notice: Suspension of Outbound Mail Services to the USA
Please be advised that all outgoing mail addressed to the United States (including Hawaii and American Samoa) has been suspended until further notice. This follows a recent U.S. Executive Order that removed the duty-free exemption for shipments under USD $800, resulting in the halting of mail bound for the USA.
Incoming mail from these regions will still be received as normal.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide updates as soon as outbound services can resume.

PUBLIC NOTICE: International Postage Prices Increase Effective 1 July 2026

At Vodafone Cook Islands we are committed to providing quality postal and delivery services and ensuring we distribute packages promptly and with care for our valued customers. We regularly review our services to ensure these are viable and align to the required operational and delivery costs.

Effective 1 July 2026, a 5% increase will apply to all international letters, small packets, parcels, and related outbound postal services. This adjustment follows a recent review of operational costs and reflects the impact of rising global economic conditions on international shipping and logistics. The last postage rate adjustment was implemented in 2024.
This adjustment applies to international postage only at this stage, domestic rates will remain unchanged. Below is a table outlining the changes and new rates​​​​
