• Connection is based on the type of service available to your premises.  This may be Fibre, Wireless or 4G.  Please note that Wireless is only available in Rarotonga.

• Broadband Plans:  Minimum term of 12months. 

• Early termination charges on a 12-month term is $199.

• Installation charges and Terms & Conditions apply.

• Endless Data Plans: You get the maximum speeds per your data allowance of your selected plan, then Endless Data at reduced speeds once your allocated allowance is exceeded. 

• Fair Use Policy applies​.  

• Home Broadband Plans are for standard residential use only and not to be used for commercial types of activity or purposes.

• Factors such as the performance of the modem, location of the server you’re connected to, the performance of your device and your in-home WiFi setup can impact the speeds experienced.​

• For wireless and 4G connections, factors such as the distance you are from a cell tower, the network capability and the overall use of that cell tower by other consumers can impact the speed experienced.​

• Fibre broadband and landlines will not work during a power cut. This means the landline and devices such as medical alarms or cordless phones won't work in the event of a power cut. This could impact your ability to contact 999 emergency services. We recommend you have an alternative method, such as a charged mobile phone or a power backup device such as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to keep you connected.
