Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

  • Achieve weekly/monthly/yearly sales targets.

  • Promote and sell products, services, and campaigns effectively.

  • Cross-sell and up-sell to increase revenue.

  • Build rapport to identify customer needs and convert sales.

  • Process sales, payments, and paperwork accurately.

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Cash, Stock & Postal

  • Handle payments, receipts, and daily cash balancing accurately.

  • Follow all cash-handling procedures.

  • Monitor and control stock, including timely stock takes.

Customer Service

  • Be friendly, helpful, and professional with all customers.

  • Resolve queries clearly and efficiently.

Security & Maritime Monitor

Location: Rarotonga, Cook Islands

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a 24-hour maritime radio watch and follow emergency procedures.

  • Monitor Vodafone network systems for alarms and faults; log and escalate incidents.

  • Oversee facility security, surveillance cameras, and routine checks.

  • Monitor company vehicles, utilities, and backup systems.

  • Support the Call Centre during night shifts, logging faults and service requests.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies, maintaining accurate reports and compliance.


Requirements

  • Radio Operator certification (essential).

  • Experience in maritime radio operations or monitoring (preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and calm under pressure.

  • Good communication skills; willing to work shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

This role provides timely and accurate information to support strategic decision-making by the Country Manager and ensures that all postal operations comply with the Telecommunications Act.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the postal operations team, ensuring high performance and staff development.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities and improving service delivery.

  • Implement process improvements, track & trace systems, and supply chain enhancements.

  • Develop and maintain international postal alliances.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and continuous service improvement.

  • Monitor financial performance and manage departmental budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with postal regulations and company policies.

Facilities & Maintenance Person

As the leading telecommunications provider in the Cook Islands, we’re looking for a hands-on Facilities and Maintenance Person to help maintain and support our facilities and infrastructure.
 

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Services

  • Complete scheduled maintenance and record data accurately.

  • Safely carry out projects and renovations with a high-quality finish.

  • Assist with power usage monitoring and electrical fault finding/repairs.

  • Maintain, clean, and store tools in good working order.

Operations Support

  • Support operational teams such as RADSAT and Fixed Network.

Estates Services

  • Perform maintenance and renovations safely and on schedule.

  • Keep workplaces, storerooms, and vehicles clean and tidy.

  • Clear rubbish bins and cages weekly.

  • Ensure tools are cleaned, checked, and properly stored.

Fleet Vehicles

  • Conduct weekly checks on vehicle WOF, registration, servicing, and damage.

  • Book and deliver vehicles for servicing as needed.

  • Report all findings to the manager accurately.

Security & Alarm Services

  • Test and retest alarm systems regularly; fix faults promptly.

  • Maintain security system checklists and report issues to the manager immediately.
     

Qualifications & Experience

  • NCEA Level 1 (essential)

  • Basic knowledge in electrical, motor mechanics, air conditioning, and building maintenance

  • Basic skills in painting, tiling, gardening, and working at heights

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks and outdoor work

  • Understanding of estate maintenance and energy operations

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Great customer service and communication skills

  • Strong time management and planning skillsF

  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
