WiFi Promotion Terms
1. “WiFi promo” allows you to buy a specified allocation of wifi data to use for the period of time specified in the promo (eg 3 days) at Vodafone hotspots.
2. "WiFi promo's" are available for purchase from the places stated in the advertising of the wifi promo; online recharge portal (www.recharge.vodafone.co.ck); Vodafone Cook Islands stores in the Cook Islands, recharge resellers (stores that sell Vodafone recharge products e.g: Wigmores, Super Brown etc), My Vodafone Cook Islands app and from the USSD menu for prepay mobile users (dial *888#)
3. WiFi promo has a limit of 3 concurrent users of the same wifi voucher at any one time.
4. WiFi Promos have an expiry of 5 days from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
5. WiFi Promos can only be used at Vodafone WiFi hotspots in the Cook Islands.
6. WiFi Promo purchases are non-refundable.
Unlimited WiFi Promotion Terms
1. Unlimited WiFi promo allows you to buy an unlimited allocation of WiFi data to use for the period of time specified in the promo (eg 3 days) at Vodafone hotspots.
2. Unlimited WiFi promos are available for purchase from the places stated in the advertising of the WiFi promo; online recharge portal (www.recharge.vodafone.co.ck); Vodafone Cook Islands stores in the Cook Islands, recharge resellers (stores that sell Vodafone recharge products eg: Wigmores, Super Brown etc) unless stated otherwise.
3. Unlimited WiFi promo has a limit of 1 USER of the same wifi voucher at any one time.
4. Unlimited WiFi Promos will expire after the period of time specified in the promo (eg 3 days from the date of purchase), unless stated otherwise.
5. Unlimited WiFi Promos can only be used at Vodafone WiFi hotspots in the Cook Islands.
6. Unlimited WiFi Promo speeds are capped at a max speed of 3mbps down and 1mbps up.
7. Unlimited WiFi Promo purchases are non-refundable.
8. Unlimited WiFi Promo is subject to our fair-use policy.
Prepay Data Promo Terms
1. “Data promos” allows you to buy a data promo to use for the period of time specified in the promo (eg 5 days). To purchase this promo, you need to be a Vodafone Cook Islands casual prepay customer with sufficient credit in your account to purchase the promo.
2. Multiple purchases of the data promo bundle are allowed.
3. Any applicable charge for a Data Bundle will be deducted from your Prepay Credit upon confirmation of purchase.
4. A Data Promo session starts from the moment you purchase it, and will be used first if you have more than one pre-purchased on your account (e.g if you already have a 3DAY$5 and then buy a 15GB for $15 Promo, the 15GB Promo data bundle will be used first). The promo data bundle will expire at the time stated when confirming purchase. Once your promo data bundle has finished, data usage will continue on to your normal stacked data bundles if you have one stacked or normal mobile data usage and charges will apply. 5. "Prepay Data Promos" are available to Prepay Services only and is valid for purchase as per the promotion set on the day.
Prepay Top Up Bonus Credit Terms
1. “Prepay Top Up Bonus Credit” is a promotion that gifts a bonus amount of credit to be used on national calls & TXTs, when you purchase the specified minimum Top Up (Eg - Top Up $10 and get 2 x Bonus Top Up). To be eligible for this promo, you need to be a Vodafone Cook Islands casual prepay customer.
2. The Bonus Credit gifted will appear as the 'Promo Balance', and expires 5 Days from purchase, unless specified otherwise in the promo.
3. This Bonus Credit can not be rolled over.
4. Casual in-country prepay rates apply to the Promo Balance, this is the rate of 20c per TXT and 38c per Min.
5. Bonus Credit can not be used to purchase bundles or data.
6. Prepay Plan customers are not eligible for this promo.
Prepay Top Up Bonus Data Terms
1. “Prepay Top Up Bonus Data” is a promotion that gifts a bonus data bundle, when you purchase the specified minimum Top Up (Eg - Top Up $10 and get 600MB Bonus Data). To be eligible for this promo, you need to be a Vodafone Cook Islands casual prepay customer.
2. The Bonus Data gifted expires 5 Days from purchase, unless specified otherwise in the promo.
3. This Bonus Data can not be rolled over.
4. The Bonus Data can only be used where 3G/4G mobile data is available.
5. Prepay Plan customers are not eligible for this promo.
E-Moni Top Up Bonus Terms
1. “E-Moni Top Up Bonus” is a promotion that gifts a bonus amount of credit to be used on national calls and national TXT, when you purchase the specified minimum Top Up (Eg - Top Up $10 and get 5 x Bonus Top Up). To be eligible for this promo, you need to be a Vodafone Cook Islands casual prepay customer.
2. The Bonus Credit gifted will appear as the 'Promo Balance', and expires 5 Days from purchase, unless specified otherwise in the promo.
3. This Promo Balance can not be rolled over.
4. Casual in-country prepay rates apply to the Promo Balance, this is the rate of 20c per TXT and 38c per Min for national calls and txts.
5. Bonus Credit can not be used to purchase bundles.
6. Bonus Credit does not count towards your E-Moni Balance. This is separate, and counted as Promo Balance only, to be used at Casual prepay rates on national calls and national TXTs only.
Video Pass Promo Data Bundle Terms
1. “VIDEO 10GB” allows you to buy a data promo to use for the period of time specified in the promo (eg 5 days). To purchase this promo, you need to be a Vodafone Cook Islands Prepay Plan customer with sufficient credit in your account to purchase the promo.
2. Multiple purchases of the data promo bundle are allowed.
3. Any applicable charge for a Data Bundle will be deducted from your Prepay Credit upon confirmation of purchase.
4. A Data Promo session starts from the moment you purchase it, and will be used first if you have more than one pre-purchased on your account (e.g if you already have a 3DAY$5 and then buy a VIDEO 10GB for $15, the VIDEO 10GB data bundle will be used first). The promo data bundle will expire at the time stated when confirming purchase. Once your promo data bundle has finished, data usage will continue on to your normal stacked data bundles if you have one stacked or normal mobile data usage and charges will apply. 5. "VIDEO 10GB" are available to Prepay Plan customers only and is valid for purchase as per the promotion set on the day.
6. The "VIDEO 10GB" data can be used with the following official apps only - Crunchyroll, Twitch, Netflix, Apple TV+ (streaming only). Some usage may come from normal bundle or casual data if content that is viewed from the afore mentioned apps takes you out of the app. For e.g: external weblinks on Apple TV+ that take you out of the app, or video links that aren't hosted on the app platforms.
7. Usage via Hotspot and Tethering may not work with the Apps for the Video Pass.
Social Pass Promo Data Bundle Terms
1. “SOCIAL 2.5GB” allows you to buy a data promo to use for the period of time specified in the promo (eg 5 days). To purchase this promo, you need to be a Vodafone Cook Islands Prepay Plan customer with sufficient credit in your account to purchase the promo.
2. Multiple purchases of the data promo bundle are allowed.
3. Any applicable charge for a Data Bundle will be deducted from your Prepay Credit upon confirmation of purchase.
4. A Data Promo session starts from the moment you purchase it, and will be used first if you have more than one pre-purchased on your account (e.g if you already have a 3DAY$5 and then buy a SOCIAL 2.5GB for $4, the SOCIAL 2.5GB data bundle will be used first). The promo data bundle will expire at the time stated when confirming purchase. Once your promo data bundle has finished, data usage will continue on to your normal stacked data bundles if you have one stacked or normal mobile data usage and charges will apply.
5. "Social 2.5GB" are available to Prepay Plan customers only and is valid for purchase as per the promotion set on the day.
6. The "Social 2.5GB" data can be used with the following official apps only - TikTok, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Pinterest. Some usage may come from normal bundle or casual data if content that is viewed from the afore mentioned apps takes you out of the app. For e.g: external weblinks shared on Facebook that take you out of the app, or video links that aren't hosted on the app platforms.
7. Usage via Hotspot and Tethering may not work with the Apps for the Social Pass.
Prepay Stacking Terms
1. "Stacking" is a feature available to enable Customers to purchase multiple Prepay Data Bundles at the same time. You can purchase and stack up either the same Bundle or a combination of Bundles to a maximum of 20 Data Bundles at any one time.
2. All Bundles are valid for the time period specified in the offer.
3. Any applicable Charge for a Bundle will be deducted from your Prepay Credit upon confirmation of purchase.
4. If you use Stacking, the bundles you purchase will be prioritised to be used in the following order:

Pass Bundles (Social and Video)
-
Data Binge Bundles
-
Midnite Promo Bundles
-
Promo Bundles
-
Normal Bundles
5. Stacking is available to Prepay Services only.
Prepay Data Binge Terms
1. “Data Binge promo” allows you to buy unlimited data to use for the period of time specified in the promo (eg 1 hour). To purchase this promo, you need to be a Vodafone Cook Islands prepay customer with sufficient credit in your account to purchase the promo.
2. Multiple purchases of the data binge promo bundle are allowed but this does not extend the time of use. The timer is reset for the period of time specified in the promo (eg 1 hour) from the latest purchase.
3. Any applicable charge for a Data Bundle will be deducted from your Prepay Credit upon confirmation of purchase.
4. A Data Binge Promo session starts from the moment you purchase it, and will continue running until it expires. You cannot pause your Data Binge session once it has started. Once your Data Binge session has finished, data usage will continue on to your normal stacked data bundles if you have one stacked or normal mobile data usage and charges will apply. 5. "Prepay Data Binge" is available to Prepay Services only and is valid for purchase as per the promotion set on the day.
6. Data Binge Promo is available for purchase via MyVodafone Cook Islands app only.
Prepay Plan Data Promo Terms
1. “Data promos” allows you to buy a data promo to use for the period of time specified in the promo (eg 5 days). In the case of a Prepay Plan Data Promo, the bundle expires with the Prepay Plan (unless otherwise specified). To purchase this promo, you need to be a Vodafone Cook Islands prepay customer with sufficient credit in your account to purchase the promo.
2. Multiple purchases of the data promo bundle are allowed.
3. Any applicable charge for a Data Bundle will be deducted from your Prepay Credit upon confirmation of purchase.
4. A Data Promo session starts from the moment you purchase it, and will be used first if you have more than one pre-purchased on your account . The promo data bundle will expire at the time stated when confirming purchase. Once your promo data bundle has finished, data usage will continue on to your normal stacked data bundles if you have one stacked. If you have no more data bundles, you will need to purchase one in order to continue using data. There is no pay-as-you-go for data on Prepay Plans.
5. "Prepay Plan Data Promos" are available for Prepay Plans only and is valid for purchase as per the promotion set on the day.
6. Available for purchase only from the My Vodafone App on a Prepay Plan.
7. There is no rollover of unused data.
Midnight Data Bundles for Prepay Plans
1. "Midnight Data Bundles for Prepay Plans" allows you to buy a data bundle to use for the period of time specified in the promo. For the June launch promo, these bundles expire with the Prepay Plan. To purchase this promo, you need to be a Vodafone Cook Islands prepay customer with sufficient credit in your account to purchase the promo.
2. The Midnight Data Bundles are for use between the hours of 12am-7am only.
3. Multiple purchases of the data promo bundle are allowed.
4. Any applicable charge for a Data Bundle will be deducted from your Prepay Credit upon confirmation of purchase.
5. A Data Promo session starts from the moment you purchase it, and will be used first if you have more than one pre-purchased on your account . The promo data bundle will expire at the time stated when confirming purchase. Once your promo data bundle has finished, data usage will continue on to your normal stacked data bundles if you have one stacked. If you have no more data bundles, you will need to purchase one in order to continue using data. There is no pay-as-you-go for data on Prepay Plans.
6. This Midnight Data Bundle under these terms are available for Prepay Plans only and is valid for purchase as per the promotion set on the day.
7. Available for purchase only from the My Vodafone App on a Prepay Plan.
8. There is no rollover of unused data.
