Vodafone has updated its parcel notifications process. To align with international standards, we will no longer send text messages when parcels are ready for collection.

Customers can now track their parcels using our online tracker here: https://www.vodafone.co.ck/postal.

The tracker provides up-to-date information, including:

• Arrival of your parcel in Rarotonga

• Movement through customs clearance

• Confirmation when it is ready for pick-up

We encourage all customers to check the tracker regularly to avoid missing their collection window.
