Changes to Call Centre Hours, Saturday retail and Punanga Nui Market operations

Vodafone Cook Islands is updating its Call Centre, Saturday retail and Punanaga Nui Market Stall operations in Rarotonga, with changes taking effect from Monday 29 June.

Following a review of customer service trends, the changes are being made to better align with customers needs and to consolidate services, while continuing to provide convenient support through our Connected Living Retail Store, reseller network, airport outlet, and online channels. 

Punanga Nui Market Stall Closure from 4 July

Vodafone Cook Islands will permanently cease Saturday operations at Punanga Nui Market from 4 July 2026. Customers can purchase Travel Sims and Top Ups at our Connected Living retail store on Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.00pm or at our airport outlet during Jetstar and Air NZ flight arrivals only. 

Connected Living Retail Store Hours

Our Connected Living Retail Store in Tutakimoa Road, Parekura will remain open on Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.00pm for:

• Product sales including Devices, Mobiles, Smart Connected Living Range of appliances and TVs, Accessories and Security cameras.

• Top Ups#86C6E5

• Bill Payments

• Travel SIM sales and assistance

Customer Services, Account Queries and Postal Services

Customer services including account queries and postal services will no longer be available on Saturdays from 4 July. Customers requiring these services are encouraged to visit us during our regular weekday trading hours of Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 4.00pm.

Customers requiring assistance outside these hours are encouraged to leave a message or contact us during normal operating hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and our team will be happy to assist.

Top-Ups & WiFi

Top-ups and WiFi vouchers remain available through Vodafone resellers nationwide or online at www.recharge.vodafone.co.ck

Airport Store

Travel SIMs and Top Ups will continue to be available from our airport outlet during international Air NZ and Jetstar flight arrivals only.
