Avarua R1 MPLS Router Hardware Replacement

Please be advised that on Tuesday 27 January from 2:00AM, all Vodafone internet, Moana TV, mobile services in the Avarua and Avatiu vicinities, EFTPOS and ATM services will be impacted due to an essential hardware replacement of our Avarua R1 MPLS Router. The following customer connections will also be affected;

  • CINSF

  • All Govt agencies

  • BCI

  • ANZ

  • Tower Insurance

  • CITC

  • CI Trust

  • Prime Foods

  • SITA

This work is expected to be completed and services restored by 5:00AM. We do apologise in advance for any inconvenience. As we strive to improve our service and delivery to you, we would like to seek your patience and understanding during this time.
