UPDATES Update 1:45 PM - our technical team have resolved the issue affecting the mobile data services. Customers should now be able to connect to 4G/LTE mobile data. If you are still having issues connecting to the mobile data network, you may need to do one of the following: - turn flight mode on and off or - restart your handset Our technical teams are continuing to monitor this. We thank you for your patience during this time. Meitaki Maata --- Update 1:00PM - Our tech teams have identified another issue on the network and will be doing urgent maintenance work on the mobile network at 1.30PM today till 2.00PM. During this time customers mobile data networks will be affected and may experience little to no mobile data service. We thank you for your patience during this time. --- Update: 10:25AM - our technical team have resolved the issue affecting the mobile data services. Customers should now be able to connect to 4G/LTE mobile data. If you are still having issues connecting to the mobile data network, you may need to do one of the following: - turn flight mode on and off or - restart your handset We thank you for your patience during this time.
