Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility
The competition is free to enter and open only to Vodafone Cook Islands customers with active E-Moni accounts. Customers using travel SIMs are not eligible to participate.
The winner must be the registered bill payer associated with the Vodafone E-Moni account.
Employees of Vodafone Cook Islands and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

 

2. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must top up their E-Moni account through the Vodafone Recharge portal online at https://recharge.vodafone.co.ck/login.
Only top-ups made via the online recharge portal during the competition period will be eligible.
Each eligible top-up counts as one entry into the draw.

 

3. Prize Draw Details
One winner will be randomly selected at the end of the competition period to receive a Samsung A55 smartphone.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.
The competition closes on Wednesday 30 April 2025.

 

4. Winner Announcement
The winner will be contacted using the details associated with their Vodafone account.
If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be drawn.
The winner will also be announced on Vodafone Cook Islands’ Facebook page.

 

5. Consent for Media Participation
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities, including photos and videos, which may be shared on Vodafone Cook Islands’ social media channels and with local media outlets.
This may include images of the winner receiving their prize along with accompanying stories.

 

6. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for competition purposes in accordance with Vodafone Cook Islands’ Privacy Policy.
Information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

 

7. General Conditions
Vodafone Cook Islands reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Vodafone Cook Islands is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or incomplete submissions.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By participating, entrants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
