**What can I buy to go into the draw?**
You can purchase any of the following:

  • any single retail purchase transaction with a min spend of $50

  • recharge topup or

Please note bill payment does not gain an entry into the draw to win a Vodafone Techsmas Makeover prize.

Starts 17 Nov 2023, Ends 21 Dec 23 and drawn on the 22nd December, 2023. 
 

By taking part in this competition (Vodafone Techsmas Makeover), you accept and agree to these competition terms.

  • The promoter of the competition is Telecom Cook Islands t/a Vodafone Cook Islands (“Vodafone Cook Islands”).

  • Our decisions on all matters are final and no communication will be entered into.

  • We may decide on the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize.

  • We may change the prize(s) and these terms and conditions without notice.

  • Where the law allows, we are not liable to you in connection with this competition.


Who can enter and when

  • This competition is open to Cook Islands Residents, in the relevant age group. 

  • This competition runs from Friday 17 November - Thursday 21 December 2023, 4pm.


This competition is not open to:

  • Anyone who works for Vodafone Cook Islands, or their immediate families

  • Anyone else helping with this competition

  • Anyone outside of the Cook Islands

  • Persons purchasing a Travel SIM


Entry specifications

  • Customers that make an single transaction eligible instore purchase must print their full name and mobile number on the back of their receipt and place their entry into the box/container provided.

  • Entries are not limited to one per person.

  • All entries will be closed to the competition at 4pm on Thursday 21 December 2023.

  • We are not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries. This includes any problems or technical issues which may delay or fail to enter you in the draw.


Selection and announcing of winners​

  • Selection will be conducted on Friday 22 December 2023. The winners will be selected via a randomizer. The winners will then be contacted via phone call on the next day around 12-2:00PM.

  • The winners can come to Vodafone Cook Islands head office in Parekura, Rarotonga to pick up their prizes before 4pm closing time.

  • We may contact the winners by other means.

Prizes

  • If the winner is under the age of 18, the winner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to redeem the prize.

  • If the winner is based in the Outer Islands, the prize will be freighted to the island the winner resides in at an extra cost to the customer to cover the freight of the item.

  • Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.

  • Prizes can't be redeemed for cash.

  • We aren't responsible for lost or destroyed entries or prizes.

  • We aren't responsible for any extra costs of the prize.

  • The winner must claim the prize within 21 days of being contacted, or the prize will be forfeit.


Privacy

  • The parent(s) or guardian(s) of the winner agrees to their being child photographed and or/interview.

  • The parent(s) or guardian(s) of the winner allow us to use their name, city/town, competition entry and/or photos and interviews for our use. This is without compensation.

  • We hold any personal information from this competition under our privacy policy. You may access, update and correct it.

Letter to Santa - Christmas Promotion

Get your child (10 years and under) to write a letter (or email) to Santa letting him know if you were naughty or nice and why you deserve to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with S-Pen for Christmas. There are two prizes up for grabs.

Letters (or emails) must include the participants name and guardian or parents name and contact details.

For Rarotonga:

Letters can be dropped off to our Vodafone HQ at our Tangaroa Santa stand or emailed through to socialmarketing@vodafone.co.ck or sent via PM to our Facebook Page

For Outer Islands:

Letters can be dropped off to your nearest Vodafone outlet (in the outer islands) or emailed through to socialmarketing@vodafone.co.ck or sent via PM to our Facebook Page

Vodafone 12 Days of Christmas Promotion Dates:

Starts 01 Dec 2023, Ends 18 Dec 23 and drawn on the 19 December, 2023. 
 

By taking part in this competition (Letter to Santa Christmas Promotion), you accept and agree to these competition terms.

For 12 days - Vodafone will be giving away 12 prizes online to customers. Each day during the promotion period, Vodafone will post a prize for customers to be able to win. Customers must follow the post rules in order to gain a valid entry into the draw to win the prize of the day. Each day the prize will change. Winning participants will be contacted

**What can I do to go into the draw?**
Participants must follow the post rules in order to gain an entry into the Vodafone 12 Days of Christmas social media promotion can purchase any of the following:

  • Participants have up until midnight on the day the post was posted to enter into the draw for that prize day.
