By taking part in this competition, you accept and agree to these competition terms.


General terms

  • The promoter of the competition is Telecom Cook Islands t/a Vodafone Cook Islands (“Vodafone Cook Islands”)

  • Our decisions on all matters are final and no communication will be entered into

  • We may decide on the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize

  • We may change the prize(s) and these terms and conditions without notice

  • We may cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice

  • Where the law allows, we are not liable to you in connection with this competition


Who can enter and when

  • This competition is open to all Vodafone Cook Islands customers, excluding Travel Sim customers. If you're under the age of 18, you must provide parental permission to enter.

  • This competition runs from 19 February 2024 - 05 April 2024.


This competition is not open to:

  • Anyone who works for Vodafone Cook Islands, or their immediate families

  • Anyone else helping with this competition

  • Anyone outside of the Cook Islands


Entry specifications

  • You must purchase any of the following at the minimum price value of $30.00

- Prepaid Mobile Recharge - single transaction of the minimum price value, not a combination that makes up $30 
- WiFi vouchers - single transaction of the minimum price value, not a combination that makes up min. $30
- Postpaid Mobile add-ons - min. $30 add-on or higher
- Broadband add-ons - min. $30 add-on or higher
- Retail product purchases - single transaction of the minimum price value
- SIM purchases - two or more standard prepay SIM cards.

Note: Travel SIM purchases are not eligible for this promotion

  • For retail product purchases, customers must write name and contact number on the back of their receipt of purchase and place into box at the front counter

  • For Recharge/Add-On/Prepay Bundle purchases, entries are automatically recorded and counted towards the draw upon purchase. 

  • Entrants are not limited to the number entries. Each min. $30 data add-on purchase is classed as an individual entry.

  • We're not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries. This includes any problems or technical issues which may delay or fail to enter you in the draw.


Judging and announcing of winners

  • We'll draw the winner at random and contact them via phone call on the 05 April 2024 around 2:00PM. Draw will close at 12:00PM (CK TIME)

  • The draw will take place at Vodafone Cook Islands head office in Parekura, Rarotonga at or about 2PM on the ending date of the competition.

  • The winning mobile number or broadband account number will be called at the time of the Competition draw. If no one answers the call then a new number will be drawn is called and answered by someone. The person entitled to collect the Prize is the person to whom the mobile number is allocated to. In the case of a postpay or broadband customer, the winner is the person whose name is on the Vodafone Cook Islands customer account the mobile number is registered to.

  • We may contact the winners by other means

  • We intend to deliver the prizes by courier but may deliver prizes by other means


Prizes

  • The prize includes a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Samsung Buds 2 Pro

  • The prize is to be collected from the Vodafone Cook Islands main office in Parekura, Avarua. 

  • The collection of the prize is subject to the Winner signing a release form in favour of Vodafone Cook Islands. 

  • If the winner is a minor the release form must be signed by a parent or guardian. 

  • The winner must bring current proof of identity i.e driver's license, in order to redeem the prize.

  • If the winner is based in the Outer Islands, the prize will be freighted to the island the winner resides in at no extra cost to the customer. 

  • Prizes can't be transferred or exchanged

  • Prizes can't be redeemed for cash

  • We aren't responsible for lost or destroyed entries or prizes

  • We aren't responsible for any extra costs of the prize.


Privacy

  • The winner agrees to be photographed and/or interviewed

  • The winner lets us use their name, city/town, competition entry and/or photos and interviews for our use. This is without compensation.

  • We hold any personal information from this competition under our privacy policy. You may access, update and correct it.

Easter Colouring Competition

By taking part in this competition, you accept and agree to these competition terms.

Who can enter and when

  • This competition is open to Cook Islands Residents, in the relevant age group. All entrants must provide parental permission, through a signature on the colouring page, to enter.

  • This competition runs from Monday 04 March 2024 - Thursday 04 April 2024. 


This competition is not open to:

  • Anyone who works for Vodafone Cook Islands, or their immediate families

  • Anyone else helping with this competition

  • Anyone outside of the Cook Islands


Entry specifications

  • Entries are limited to one per person.

  • All entries are to be received by 4pm on Thursday 04 April 2024.

  • Entries are to be dropped off to the Vodafone Mainstore in Parekura or our Vodafone Store at the CITC Complex.

  • Email entries are to be sent to socialmarketing@vodafone.co.ck

  • We're not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries. This includes any problems or technical issues which may delay or fail to enter you in the draw.

Entry specifications

  • Entries are limited to one guess per person.

  • All entries are to be received by 12pm on Friday 05 April, 2024.

  • The guess must be commented on the 'Guess the number of Easter Eggs' post on the Vodafone Cook Islands Facebook page. Any other method of entry (guess sent through Facebook messenger, a seperate Facebook post, email, etc) is ruled invalid.

  • You may edit your entry during the week up until the entries close at 12pm on Thursday 14th April 2022.

  • We're not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries. This includes any problems or technical issues which may delay or fail to enter you in the draw.


Judging and announcing of winners​

  • Judging will be conducted on Friday 05 April, after 12pm. We will announce the winner via Facebook Post on the same day around 2:00PM. We will also contact the winner via Facebook messenger.

  • The person who guesses the correct number of eggs will be judged the winner. If there are multiple people who have the same guess, the person who posted the guess first will be announced the winner.

  • In the case that the correct number isn't listed in the entries, the person nearest to this number will be judged the winner.

  • The winner can come to Vodafone Cook Islands head office in Parekura, Rarotonga to pick up their prizes before 4pm closing time.

  • We may contact the winners by other means.

Prizes

  • The prize is limited to the Easter Eggs in the Jar only. The Jar remains the property of Vodafone Cook Islands.

  • If the winner is based in the Outer Islands, the prize will be freighted to the island the winner resides in at no extra cost to the customer.

  • The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged.

  • The prize can't be redeemed for cash.

  • We aren't responsible for lost entries or prizes.

  • We aren't responsible for any extra costs of the prize.


Privacy
