Other Pacific Islands: Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Wallis & Futuna, Tonga, Tokelau, Norfolk Is and Niue.
Rest of the World: All other countries not individually listed above.
Capped Rates: Calls made from landlines & Kia Orana calling card services only. Applied to the first hour only. The applicable standard per minute rate applies.
